About The Role

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our team at Moor Road, Leeds and lead the successful delivery of technical projects from handover through to final commissioning.

This is a hands-on role, combining engineering understanding, stakeholder coordination, and end-to-end project ownership. You’ll work closely with internal departments, suppliers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Supporting our reputation for quality and performance worldwide.

This role is ideal for a proactive and organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing multiple projects simultaneously.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Plan and manage engineering and installation projects through their full lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project.
  • Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and internal resource planning to keep projects on track.
  • Monitor progress and risks, report status updates to the Project Department Manager.
  • Liaise with Sales, Manufacturing, and Commissioning teams to ensure aligned delivery.
  • Prepare and manage documentation for internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Lead project progress meetings and support issue resolution across departments.
  • Ensure compliance with technical, contractual, and health and safety requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing project learnings across the business.
  • Promote professional standards in project delivery and planning methodology.

About You

Essential:

  • Experience in engineering project management or coordination roles.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident in using Microsoft Project, Excel, and general Office applications.
  • Comfortable interpreting engineering drawings and technical documentation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong decision-making ability and a proactive mindset.

Desirable:

  • Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering project environment.
  • Familiarity with cost control and supplier management.
  • Technical background or vocational training in Engineering or Project Management.
